Welcome to Carabella - a luxurious residence located in the city of Lefkada. Our brand-new
property is named after Karavela str, dedicated to the general and urban planner named
Karavelas. We opened our doors to guests in 2023, offering nine fully equipped and uniquely
designed apartments that will make you feel right at home.
Our apartments are spacious, modern, and elegantly designed to provide you with a
peaceful environment that is perfect for exploring the town and the island. With a location in
a newly built urban area, we are situated in a quiet environment that is also within a walkable
distance to downtown, the Marina of Lefkada, supermarkets, and the old town, where you will
find restaurants, nightlife, and the shopping center. When you stay at Carabella, you will have
access to a car parking and an elevator for your convenience. Plus, we have implemented a secure
code system to provide you with easy access to your apartment.
The property has been designed and constructed by housesinlefkada.gr and their team of
associates, who hold years of experience in the field. We believe in supporting the local
community and domestic market. That is why, from the early stage of construction, we
worked with local craftsmen, artists, and domestic companies to create a unique and
authentic experience for our guests. We want you to feel like a local when you stay with us,
and our attention to detail ensures that you will have everything you need to enjoy your time in Lefkada.

Eco friendly policy

Carabella is proud to be an environmentally friendly residence, achieving a high energy class
(A). Our team carefully chose the orientation, building design, materials, and mechanical

equipment to create an eco-friendly environment. The building orientation, large openings,
and architectural design make the most of natural sunlight and ventilation. We use heat
pumps to heat and cool the apartments, while solar panels provide the main hot water
supply. All appliances and lighting in the building are high energy class and use LED lamps,
resulting in low energy consumption. We also use technology to provide you easy access to
your apartment using a secure code system, to manage electricity consumption for lighting
and watering the garden. We have also created beautiful Mediterranean gardens for you to
enjoy while promoting green living. At Carabella, we believe in responsible and sustainable living.

Our policy

Check-in: 14:00. Virtual check-in is available.

Check-out: 11:00. Late check-out upon request depending on the availability.

Cleaning Services every third day. Linen and towels are changed every third day.
Additional cleaning services and fresh linen and towel changes upon request.

Quiet Hours by Greek-Law: 15:00 to 17:30 and 23:00 to 7:00
